POC: Hire JS Python Java Devs
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need a concise proof-of-concept that demonstrates your ability to source, screen and present strong developer candidates for a technology company like mine. The focus is exclusively on full-stack or back-end professionals who code confidently in JavaScript, Python and Java; other stacks are out of scope for this exercise.
Here’s what the POC must prove:
• You can reach qualified developers quickly through your own networks, job boards or Boolean search techniques.
• Your screening process identifies real-world proficiency in the three required languages, not just résumé keywords.
• You can summarise each shortlisted profile with clear evidence of skills, availability and compensation expectations.
Deliverables
1. A brief sourcing plan (one page is fine) explaining where and how you will attract talent.
2. Three to five vetted candidate profiles, each including CV, technical skill matrix for JavaScript, Python and Java, and your interview notes.
3. A short retrospective noting what worked, what did not and estimated timelines for scaling this approach to a full recruitment campaign.
Acceptance Criteria
• At least three candidates actively open to interview within seven days of project start.
• Each candidate has demonstrable production experience in all three languages.
• Your retrospective offers concrete next steps and realistic hiring timelines.
