Online Educational Platform Creation

I'm looking for a freelancer who can build a comprehensive online educational platform in the form of a website or an app. The platform should include A.I. integration, simulations, quizzes, and case studies.

Key Features:
- A.I. Integration: The A.I. should function as a chatbot for student support, helping to answer questions, provide resources, and guide students through their learning journey. It should also provide feedback on responses the student gives when answering questions (particularly for case studies).
- Quizzes: The platform should feature quizzes that require both multiple-choice and short answer responses, testing students' understanding and encouraging critical thinking.
- Case Studies: The platform should include industry-specific and hypothetical case studies, providing students with real-world context and application for their learning.
- Simulation: Animated simulations with dialogues should be created for specific courses we have designed. This does not have to be on the website yet. It can be a "Coming Soon" feature.

Ideal Skills:
- Experience in developing educational software
- Experience in full-stack development
- Experience in UX/UI designing
