Ongoing Web-App Transformation

I have an existing website that needs a thorough clean-up, several new features, and ultimately a full conversion into a progressive, installable web app. I will share the current codebase with you, walk you through the pain points, and prioritise the fixes and new modules together.

The scope is genuinely full-stack: polishing the UI, tightening up the backend logic, optimising database calls, and packaging the finished product so it behaves like a native app on mobile and desktop. I’m open to whichever modern stack you prefer—React, Vue, Angular, Node/Express, Django, Laravel, you name it—so long as you can demonstrate best practices, solid testing, and clear commits.

This is not a one-off task but an ongoing collaboration. We will work in short milestones, review completed work in a staging environment, then move on to the next sprint. If you can communicate clearly, write maintainable code, and think ahead to scalability, let’s talk.
