OTT Platform Development from Messy Codebase

families with 120+ features including live streaming, video-on-demand,
subscriptions, ads, and content management.

IMPORTANT: Previous developer left messy code. We need someone to rebuild
cleanly from our complete documentation (10 comprehensive sheets, 500+
specifications, complete codebase inventory).
