Nextcloud implementation and plugins dev for workflow -- 2

Please read this carefully. This is not a webpage designing post.
I am looking for a professional or team of professionals who can develop pipeline/workflow for a Nextcloud on prem hosting for my organisation.
The Database servers, application servers, nextcloud instances and storages need to be in High Available/clustered architecture.

The files are mostly audio and video.
The flow automation needs to somewhat like what ‘iconik’ does except.
AD User authentication.
Clients and teams need to work remotely. So all the remote workflow project and team management tools are needed and Nextcloud has apps for them too.

Flow tools like event based triggers actions and notifications.

File transfer speed tweaks for efficiency.

API ntegration with other solutions for the solution to work.
Email integrations into job boards like ‘slack’ and form integrations to excel and reporting from that data.
And other integrations which I have missed but are relevant in today’s cloud environment. File integrity checks.
Some integrations may be an outcome of my further understanding of this subject with the developer.
