Next generation NFT Developer on Rust/Solana Blockchain

I will need a Rust developer in order to make next generation NFTs (with some new characteristics not existing on Solana yet). At the End, we will need also an own marketplace with the option for new people to mint their own NFT/project with these new kind of NFT-characteristics.
