Need someone to make a website

Hello Everyone,
I need the website similar to vulert with all functions.
About Vulert: Through Vulert companies can track the vulnerabilities in open source software they use, without sharing or integrating anything in the codebase.


I need all of the Features available on Vulert:
- Signup/login
- User can create application ( e.g NPM, Composer, Maven, Nugget etc..) here for tracking
- User can receive Email alerts for his Applications
- stripe
- subscriptions
- dashboard alerts
- cruds of applications


Just to check if you have read the job description: Please mention the number of “Package manager” can vulert track and which of them.
