Multiplatform Rent Management System

I need a full-stack solution that lets me manage several clients’ properties—both buildings and individual houses—through a single dashboard on the web and companion apps on iOS and Android. Two user roles must be implemented: Admin, who oversees every portfolio, and Property Manager, who handles day-to-day operations for the buildings assigned to them.

Core functionality centers around three workflows:
• Secure payment processing so managers can record, schedule, and reconcile rent and fee collections.
• A maintenance channel where managers create, track, and close service requests, with photo uploads and status updates.
• Built-in tenant communication tools—push notifications and in-app messages—to keep everyone informed without relying on external email chains.

I expect a clean, multi-tenant architecture that separates each client’s data, role-based access control, and a modern, responsive UI. Please deliver:

1. Web application ready for cloud deployment.
2. Native-compiled iOS and Android apps (you may use Flutter, React Native, or another proven cross-platform stack).
3. Source code with setup documentation, basic test suite, and hand-off session.

If you have prior experience with property tech, Stripe or similar payment APIs, and publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play, your expertise will be highly valuable.
