Modular School Information System Development

I'm seeking a skilled full-stack developer for a long-term project to create Skolaris, a high-capacity School Information System.

The initial focus will be on the Enrollment and Grades module, which must include:
- Online application form
- Grade book
- Student profiles

Essential features across all modules:
- Biometric login, username/password, and two-factor authentication for secure access
- SMS/email alerts
- Offline data sync using Dexie.js or equivalent

Ideal candidates should have experience with:
- Frontend frameworks: React or Vue
- Backend frameworks: Laravel, Django, or Node
- PostgreSQL, AWS/Google Cloud, Docker
- GitHub collaboration & documentation
