Modern Minecraft Hosting Website Build

I need a full-stack developer who can craft a modern, clean web platform that allows players to rent and manage their own Minecraft servers with as little friction as possible. The visual style must feel fresh, uncluttered, and mobile-friendly, while the back-end handles automatic server provisioning and billing seamlessly.
Core requirements
• Server management dashboard – start/stop, restart, console, file access, and real-time resource stats.
• Secure user account system with registration, login, password reset, and profile management.
• Payment integration for PayPal, standard credit/debit card processors (Stripe or similar), and UPI.
Technical notes
I’m flexible on the stack, but please choose technologies that scale easily and can interface with common control panels (Pterodactyl, Multicraft, or your preferred solution). Clean, well-documented code and a straightforward deployment process are essential.
Acceptance criteria
1. Fully responsive UI that matches the agreed wireframes in all major browsers.
2. A new user can register, purchase a plan, and have a server online in under five minutes.
3. All three payment methods process live transactions in test mode without errors.
4. Admin area shows active subscriptions, server stats, and support tickets.
5. Code passes a hand-over review on GitHub/GitLab and includes setup instructions.
