Modern Medical Portal Development

I need a full-stack developer to replace our in-house referral-tracking platform with a modern, web-based portal. The current system is functional, but the interface feels dated and the reporting tools are limited, so the goal is to give staff a faster, cleaner experience while keeping their familiar buttons, screens, and process flow.

Core functionality to carry over—and improve—includes referral tracking, workflow management, robust scheduling, address and contact maintenance, plus built-in SMS/messaging. On top of that, I want richer analytics delivered through visual dashboards, detailed drill-down reports, and fully customizable report builders so managers can create ad-hoc views without developer help.

Design direction: modern and clean. I’m open to your preferred framework (React, Vue, Angular, or similar) so long as the UI stays responsive for tablets in exam rooms and loads quickly on slower clinic networks. The back end must be secure, HIPAA-compliant, and flexible enough for future modules.

• Fully coded portal (front end + back end) with all listed features operational
• Role-based authentication and audit logging
• Reporting suite with dashboards, detailed and customizable reports
• Migration script to pull existing referral data into the new database
• Deployment and hand-off documentation, plus two weeks of post-launch support
