This position is for an experienced third party development team OR project manager who can execute this project on behalf of us.
We are trying to complete 1000s of microtasks daily at scale, with little to no intervention. These microtasks can range from surveys to reddit posting and other types of data collection.
In order to do this, we need to build a website where users can sign up, complete microtasks, track earnings and get paid for them.
We are hiring an experienced software development agency / team to take full ownership of building, launching, and scaling this microtask / survey platform.
This is a hands-on leadership role with complete autonomy. Your team will be responsible for delivering a system where users can sign up, complete microtasks, and get paid, while ensuring tasks are completed at scale with high quality and minimal intervention.
The goal is to make it easy for us to complete 1000s of microtasks daily, at scale - it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that the tasks we set, get complete by users, to standard.
The Product
A web application where:
Users register and complete microtasks (e.g. surveys, Reddit posting, data collection)
Users track earnings and receive payments
Admins upload tasks and set required quantities
Goal: Complete thousands of microtasks daily at scale, with minimal manual oversight
Your Responsibilities
You will own the platform end-to-end:
Build & Launch
Design and develop the full platform (frontend, backend, UX)
Continuously improve or rebuild systems as needed
Operations & Delivery
Ensure all tasks are completed:
On time
At required scale
To strict quality standards
Growth & Marketing
Recruit users and drive task completion
Execute marketing strategies (SEO, social, PPC, etc.)
Systems & Management
Build and manage systems for:
User acquisition
Task distribution
Quality control
Support
Ownership
Treat the platform as your own
Full freedom to make product, technical, and marketing decisions

Compensation
Initial Build & Launch:
$25,000 AUD
Covers full platform development + reaching success criteria above
Ongoing Maintenance:
$2,000 – $10,000 AUD/month
Includes updates, optimization, and continued growth
Develop Another Similar Platform Using Same Backend:
Up to $5,000 AUD per additional site
Based on reuse of existing infrastructure
Success Criteria
You will be considered successful when:
100+ microtasks are completed daily
Tasks meet defined quality standards
Users are recruited and managed effectively
The system runs largely on autopilot
Performance is sustained for 30 consecutive days
