Media streaming app

I need assistance with a media streaming program based on my own Kodi fork that has a back panel for subscription. I have integrated iptv channels using xtream and whmcs which has a separate back panel.
I currently have a website that allows me to log into the back panel of the kodi fork, however I would like this to also provide a link for the user to be directed to a subscription page where they can sign up and pay ie where user will enter credentials, select desired subscription and payment method and pay using selected method.
I would like it to be set up so that when the user enters their credentials to create a new user account, their new user details are automatically populated into both back panels. Currently, it would require me to manually enter the new user’s credentials into the xtream back panel for access to iptv channels and then again into the app back panel hosting webpage for access to media streaming. I would like this to be automated upon new user subscription.
Program is currently windows based however would like it to be developed as an Android/Apple App.
Python, HTML, PHP, Kodi and Xtream coding experience favourable.
