MediSetu – AI Health & Doctor Consultation Platform

I’m ready to build a responsive healthcare site that blends an AI-driven assistant with real-time doctor access, and I need a full-stack developer to bring it to life.

The AI helper will communicate exclusively through text chat. Within that same conversation it must run a symptom-checker flow and schedule/send medication-reminder notifications. Conversation clarity, medical-grade accuracy, and an easy way to refine the model over time matter a lot.

When the user wants a human opinion, the platform should open a secure text-only chat with a verified doctor—no video or audio, just fast, reliable messaging that works beautifully on mobile and desktop. Doctors will have their own portal to pick up chats, review patient details, and respond from any modern browser.

What I’ll be looking for from you:
• Responsive front-end (React, Vue, or similar) that feels like a modern health app
• Robust back-end for authentication, role management, encryption, and chat persistence
• NLP integration (OpenAI, Google Health AI, or your suggestion) powering the AI chat, symptom checker, and reminder engine
• Admin tools for onboarding doctors, verifying credentials, and monitoring conversation quality

Acceptance criteria
1. A user can complete a symptom-check chat and receive a structured risk summary in under 60 seconds on 4G.
2. Medication reminder is delivered at the scheduled time within a 24-hour test window.
3. Doctor text chat meets OWASP security guidelines, handles attachments, and shows online/offline status clearly.
