AI Marketplace Web App

I’m launching a start-up and need a seasoned full-stack partner to take the product from concept to production. The core idea is a three-sided, AI-powered marketplace and lets me manage everything from one place.
Scope in a nutshell
• Build the public-facing user portal with Next.js, Tailwind and Framer Motion. It must feel lightning-fast and modern, with smooth page-transition animations.
• Develop a dedicated dashboard where owners can manage bookings, see real-time analytics and handle payouts.
• Create an admin portal so I can approve applications, oversee users, tweak fees and pull platform reports without touching the codebase.
• Stand up an Express.js + MongoDB backend, expose clean REST APIs and keep things modular for future micro-services.
• Train or integrate an ML engine that suggests hairstyles/treatments and automatically matches users with the best providers based on data points such as style preference, location and stylist expertise.
• Wire in Stripe Connect with escrow logic, holding the payment until the appointment is completed.
• Layer on key engagement features we’ve prioritised: user reviews & ratings, automated appointment reminders (email/SMS), an AI recommender, and a simple loyalty points system.
• Deliver polished UI/UX, responsive on mobile and desktop.
• Handle QA, unit/integration tests and assist with domain registration plus SSL so we launch on a secure https URL.
