Role overview -
• Lead end-to-end development of the Loop app (backend + frontend + infra)
• Build a smooth, fast, modern, and scalable platform
• Architect the backend, databases, authentication, and scalable APIs
• Bring strong UI/UX instincts and the ability to translate features into clean, intuitive interfaces
• Collaborate directly with the founder on tech, product, and growth
• Own the tech roadmap for the next 12–24 months
• Build and manage the engineering team as we scale
• Contribute to strategic decisions and shape the future of Loop

What we’re looking for -
• 3–7+ years of full-stack experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js / Express, React / React Native, TypeScript, Next.js, or similar frameworks
• Experience building consumer social apps, marketplaces, or community platforms is a huge plus
• Deep understanding of scalable architectures, databases (MongoDB/Postgres), APIs, and authentication flows
• Comfortable in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments
• Someone who loves solving problems and building products people love
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — not just a coder but a builder
