Looking for Senior Developer
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m putting together a small pool of senior-level developers to join me on an ongoing, revenue-sharing (or per-project) basis. The day-to-day work revolves around full-stack tasks: shipping new features end-to-end, jumping into code reviews, and shaping architecture decisions before we move anything into production. On the front-end we lean heavily on React, so you’ll need to be comfortable building and refactoring components, optimising state management, and keeping an eye on performance. Back-end and database choices vary by project, but thoughtful, clean code and a willingness to discuss trade-offs are non-negotiable.
Transparent communication is essential; I like to keep technical discussions open and collaborative so everyone understands the “why” behind each decision. Because this is a long-term partnership, I’m looking for people who can commit time consistently, take ownership of their work, and aren’t afraid to challenge ideas respectfully.
