Looking for Full-Stack Developer (US/Canada/Europe) for Long-Term Collaboration

I am looking for a skilled and reliable full-stack developer to collaborate on an ongoing web-based project. This is not a one-off task — I’m seeking someone interested in long-term collaboration, ideally working closely as a technical partner as the product grows.
The project involves building and scaling a modern web application with a focus on clean architecture, performance, and maintainability. The exact domain can be discussed in detail with shortlisted candidates, but it is centered around building a scalable platform with potential for long-term growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Building and improving frontend and backend features
Designing scalable and maintainable system architecture
Integrating APIs and third-party services as needed
Writing clean, production-ready code
Participating in technical discussions and product decisions
Helping shape the MVP and future roadmap
Ideal Candidate
Based in or aligned with US, Canada, or Europe time zones
Strong experience in full-stack web development
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Good understanding of backend + frontend architecture
Familiar with modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or similar)
Strong communication skills in English
Interested in long-term collaboration, not just short tasks
Nice to Have
Experience with SaaS or startup environments
Experience building scalable APIs or microservices
UI/UX awareness
DevOps / deployment experience (AWS, Vercel, etc.)
Collaboration Type
This is a long-term collaboration opportunity. Compensation model can be discussed based on experience and involvement (hourly, milestone-based, or hybrid structure).
