Hi,
We are looking for an Agency or a Developer to create this Web App.
We are looking to Develop this in React. For more options, we can discuss technologies in the interview.
It would be great if you already have prebuilt modules so we will just focus on the main features.
Mainly this app will have forms in which users will add data and save it with automated alerts to stakeholders.
We are looking to create a clean UI. It would be great if you can share your portfolio in the same technology with demo logins.

1)CSA as Super admin can add clients and have access to everything
2)RTW Coordinators who will access to the particular clients which are assigned to them and they can do everything
3) PCBU or Owner of the Business- He will be our actual client and the profile of him we create when we add a new client from the CSA (Super Admin access)
4) Manager ( These will be managers in the businesses and they will have the same access as PCBU. PCBU or owners can add multiple managers to their business.
5) Worker (They are end-users who can view claims in their dashboard which are related to them )
Whenever some information is filled in these forms a log will be created and the RTW coordinator will be notified through email and with a bell icon on their dashboard.
They can also see all Activities happening in their clients,
