Looking for a Development Team (Not a Single Developer) – Equity Partnership in UK Logistics Tech Startup

Job ID: 40294922

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I am the founder of a UK company building a *premium freight exchange platform* connecting verified carriers and logistics clients across Europe and the UK.

I am *NOT looking for a single developer*. One person cannot realistically handle backend architecture, frontend, infrastructure, security, and scaling alone.

I am looking for a *professional development team or studio* that can work together to build and scale the platform properly.

Important:
Due to a previous bad experience with a developer where the work delivered did not match the promises, *I will NOT provide upfront payments.*

Instead, I am offering *equity / shareholding in the UK company* to the right team that wants to build this platform as long-term technical partners.

The vision is to build a *premium freight marketplace* similar to platforms like Courier Exchange or TIMOCOM, but with a more controlled and high-quality network of verified carriers.

The platform concept and business model are clear, but the current prototype needs to be *properly reviewed and rebuilt where necessary* to support a scalable SaaS marketplace.

What we are looking for in a team:

* strong backend architecture for a marketplace platform
* experience with SaaS products and subscription systems
* Stripe subscription integration
* scalable cloud infrastructure
* real-time functionality for load visibility
* frontend UX/UI for a logistics marketplace
* monitoring, security, and platform stability

The immediate goal is to build a *solid MVP* and launch the platform, then scale it with additional marketplace features.

This opportunity is ideal for a *technical team that wants to become partners in a logistics tech startup*, not just complete a short freelance project.

Please include in your proposal:

* information about your team (how many engineers)
* technologies you specialize in
* examples of SaaS or marketplace platforms you have built
* your approach to building scalable marketplace architecture

Looking forward to connecting with a serious team that wants to build something long-term. NO TIME WASTERS PLEASE. THANKS!
