Looking for a Development Team (Not a Single Developer) – Equity Partnership in UK Logistics Tech Startup

I am the founder of a UK company building a *premium freight exchange platform* connecting verified carriers and logistics clients across Europe and the UK.
I am *NOT looking for a single developer*. One person cannot realistically handle backend architecture, frontend, infrastructure, security, and scaling alone.
