Looking to Hire CTO

I along with two founders all 8+years experienced professionals (CA and MBA's) are working on a project to automate hotel service industry. It's a B2B Subscription model company. We are looking for a CTO who can help us initially and can work part time meanwhile and once we secure funding can join full time with us. The product is already under dev, we would need your inputs and would love to overlook the tech part. You will get equity if we decide to move forward.
