Long-Term Full-Stack Developer Needed

We're seeking 1-2 full-stack developers to join our team. You'll work on a 50/50 split between client projects and internal product development (with potential to shift toward heavier client work based on business needs).

Schedule:

Flexible during clients business hours; ON, Canada Timezone

Environment:
English, C1
Familiar with interview

Requirements:

5+ years full-stack development experience

Proven AI/LLM integration experience (Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar)

Can architect solutions independently with minimal guidance

Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities

Ability to advise on additional skillset needs for scaling projects

Core Technical Requirements (MUST HAVE)

These skills are non-negotiable. You must have hands-on experience or strong willingness to learn within the first 30 days.

Additional Technical Requirements

React: Modern component architecture, hooks, state management

Node.js: Backend development, API design, server-side logic

Python: Scrip ng, automation, data processing, AI integrations

Database Systems: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar (SQL and/or NoSQL proficiency)

Version Control: Git/GitHub workflows, branching strategies, code reviews

Nice to have:

RFID/wearable technology integration experience

Experience working with government/military sector clients

UI/UX design sensibility

CI/CD pipeline setup (GitHub Ac ons, Jenkins, etc.)
