Long-Term Full-Stack Developer

I’m building out a product roadmap that will span many months, and I want one reliable, senior-level full-stack engineer by my side the entire way. You’ll own features end-to-end—planning, coding, testing, deploying—and keep me updated in real time during U.S. business hours. Clear English communication is non-negotiable because we’ll be talking daily on Slack or Zoom and walking through pull requests in GitHub.

What makes this role different is the autonomy you’ll have. I need someone who can read a one-paragraph requirement, ask the right questions, choose the best approach, and ship production-ready code without hand-holding. If something breaks at 10 a.m. EST, I expect you to be around to jump in and fix it.
