Laravel CMS Developer via FTP

I have a Laravel-based, custom-built CMS that needs steady hands-on development directly on the live server over FTP. Each day I set aside a four-hour window during which you will log in, code and test in real time so we can iterate quickly.
The work is full-stack: you’ll touch Blade templates, controllers, Eloquent models, jQuery/Vue where needed, and a MySQL database. My immediate focus is adding and refining bespoke CMS features rather than generic plugins; think tailored content types, granular user-management rules, and workflow tweaks that fit the site’s business logic.
A few non-negotiables:
• You are comfortable pushing code through plain FTP without version-control staging.
• You communicate progress live on chat while working.
• You test thoroughly so no broken pages reach visitors.
