Scalable backend (Node.js/Python/Go) and secure database management.
Virtual Tours & Multimedia:
Integration of 360° Virtual Tours and high-definition video walkthroughs for property listings to enhance remote viewing.
Security & Compliance (e-KYC):
Automated e-KYC module for tenant and agent verification (Digital ID verification/Aadhaar/Document OCR integration).
Location Services:
Advanced Geolocation & Map Search using Google Maps API (Radius search, street view, and "Points of Interest" nearby).
Financial & Legal:
Secure Payment Gateway for automated rent collection and security deposits.
Digital Signature integration for online Rental Agreements.
Communication:
In-app real-time chat, automated Push Notifications, and Email/SMS alerts.
Project Deliverables:
