About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer Trainer to deliver a structured, hands-on corporate training program for a batch of fresh graduate engineers. The trainer will be responsible for designing and executing practical sessions along with real-time project guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end training in Java Full Stack Development
• Deliver interactive sessions covering both front-end and back-end technologies
• Provide hands-on coding practice and real-time project development
• Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure successful learner outcomes aligned with industry requirements
• Coordinate with the client’s internal team for training logistics and planning
Trainer Profile Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of industry experience in Java Full Stack Development
• Prior corporate training or coaching experience is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Must be available for onsite delivery in Virginia, USA
Duration & Timeline:
• 35 working days
• Start Date: Mid-January 2026
• Full-time onsite training (Monday – Friday)
