Project: IEP SaaS Pro Plan

Project Overview
This SOW is focused on converting Starter Plan (free) to Pro Plan (pay) version.

Effective Date: ASAP
Due Date: June 12, 2026
Duration: 15 - 18 hours
Fixed Rate: $450.00

Independent Contractor Experience Requirements
Full Stack Developer with 6 - 10 years of experience using Lovable/Vercel Frontend UI framework (visual editor, JavaScript, CSS); Very Strong Supabase + Postres + Auth + Row Level Security repository, GitHub and Resend knowledge; MVP launch experience (very important); Comfortable working with pre-existing codebase framework; Clear communication (English).

Scope of Work
Contractor must be proficient in stack tools and work as part of a team to complete Milestone 5 for this project. The Pro Plan goals are:

Implement Merge Plan
Update multi-location capability in Change Request process
Add marketing states/User role emails
Setup Stripe process
Setup User (subscribers) Invoicing system

This is a short term assignment with long term potential for other Milestones. All Freelancers are required to sign an Independent Contractual Agreement.

Milestone 5 - PHASE 2 — IEP SaaS Starter Plan Conversion

1. Implement Merger Plan
Timeline: 6 hours
Tasks - Detailed requirements with copy/paste (in PDF attachment)
Acceptance Criteria
Test, Debug and fix all issues
Clean Process without errors
2. Implement Multi-location task in Change Request process
Timeline: 4 hours
Tasks
Review and apply Muli-location requirements (in PDF attachment)
Acceptance Criteria
Test flows: create change request (mobile + desktop), accept via admin action, verify tasks update and that an email notification is triggered.

3. Update marketing areas and User role subscribers.

Timeline: 2 hours
Tasks
Add states - NJ, DE, PA (East and West}, NYC (Boroughs), MA (Boston Area), IL (Chicago Area), GA (Atlanta Metro Area) and FL to resource Tables for search by location
User roles email - Event Planner, Organizer, Venue Owners, Hospitality Providers, Host and Event Managers.

Acceptance Criteria

Updated resource directory tables with: category, types and amenities
Functions cleanly

4. Setup User (subscribers) Invoicing process

Timeline: 3 hours

Process runs without errors

5. Setup Stripe process

Timeline: 3 hours
