AI Hiring & Ranking Platform
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a full-stack team to build a cloud-based hiring platform that stores and manages candidate data while enforcing a strict “one person, one profile” rule. Each profile must be verifiably linked to both the Aadhaar and PAN numbers so duplication is impossible.
Inside the system I want an ethics-first ranking engine: every candidate score, list view and search result should default to an ethics score that can be updated from interview feedback, reference checks or any behavioural assessments we add later.
AI functionality is core to the project. The platform must:
• generate polished résumés automatically from the data we already hold (resume builder)
• let recruiters run natural-language or filtered searches across the talent pool (candidate search)
• suggest the best-fit applicants for an open role by combining skills, history and the ethics ranking (candidate matching)
Please architect the solution for web and mobile responsiveness, secure all personal identifiers (Aadhaar, PAN) with encryption at rest and in transit, and document any third-party APIs or models you integrate so they can be audited for compliance.
Deliverables will include:
1. Source code and database schema
2. Deployed staging environment for testing
3. API documentation and brief user guide
4. A short demo video walking through unique profile creation, ethics ranking update, AI resume generation, search and matching
