Hiring Canadian Full-Stack Developers
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I’m expanding my U.S.-based remote engineering team and want to add one or more full-stack developers who live anywhere in Canada. Day-to-day you’ll build, ship, and maintain features across web products that serve thousands of active users.
What I’m looking for
• Primary stack: Python and JavaScript on the back- and front-end (React / Node.js).
• Solid grasp of SQL databases, Git workflows, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• 3–5 years of professional development experience delivering production code.
• Strong English communication: you’ll present ideas, handle code reviews, and collaborate in daily stand-ups.
Nice-to-have
Experience with PHP, C#, or other languages in our broader ecosystem is welcome, as is familiarity with agile ticket management tools.
How we’ll work together
You’ll join a fully remote, Canada-based cohort working Eastern or Central hours. Sprint planning happens every two weeks; tickets are managed daily. Expect two to three interview rounds that combine technical problem-solving with conversations about collaboration style.
What you’ll get
• 100 % remote role with a stable U.S. company.
• Competitive compensation and long-term engagement.
• A clear growth path inside an international, knowledgeable team.
If you’re passionate about shipping high-quality Python/JavaScript code and enjoy distributed teamwork, I’d love to review your profile. Please share a brief note about your recent full-stack projects and include a link to a public repo or portfolio that highlights your best work.
