Hire fullstack developer for our startup studio

We are looking for a developer to integrate into our software house. 6 month contract including 1 month trial. We will be able to use the freelancer platform for the financial part. We are looking for a fullstack resource or a team that has the ability to implement a skills rotation mechanism if necessary.
8 hours a day, monthly budget of $ 1000 per month maximum.
The works will be gradually assigned according to our needs.
