Gym Membership & Management App Development

I need a full-stack partner who can turn my vision for an all-in-one gym platform into a polished, store-ready product. The project spans three user groups—members, staff, and owners—and must run smoothly on iOS, Android, and the web.

Key modules that have to be built:

• Booking: classes, personal-trainer sessions, and studio rentals
• Management: reservations, facility assets, and security controls

Beyond those core workflows, the app should deliver real-time analytics that help owners spot trends, manage capacity, and track revenue. Members must receive push notifications for class reminders, schedule changes, and promotions, while staff need an internal chat to coordinate day-to-day tasks.

Branding matters: colours, logos, and copy should all be editable from an owner dashboard so each location can make the interface its own. I also expect a modern, mobile-first UI, fast load times, and secure log-in with role-based access.

Please be comfortable designing wireframes, developing the front-end (React Native or Flutter fits well, but I’m open), building the back-end (Node.js, Firebase, AWS, or similar), integrating payment gateways, and setting up automated tests and CI/CD so updates roll out with minimal downtime.

Deliverables will include:
1. Interactive prototypes for approval
2. Source code in a private repo
3. Deployed builds on TestFlight, Google Play Internal, and a web staging URL
4. Documentation covering architecture, environment setup, and hand-off instructions
