FullStack dev needed for errors on website and system

Seeking full-stack developer to restore front end website functionality and backend data.

A previous developer was retained to stop unnecessary EC2 instances that were running on AWS, unfortunately that has caused a major issue with the front end functionality. Specifically, new and existing users are unable to log in from the website [and access their dashboard/account] and this has also removed all backed user data [we had approximately 400 accounts/users with full info on the back end].

Needing a fullstack dev who can pick up this project and resolve it ASAP.

The systems we currently use for coltpay.com
are:
- AWS
- GitHub
- SendGrid
- Wordpress & basic plug in
- Custom integration for CryptoAPIs API v1.0
- AWS – EC2, Elastic Beanstalk
- GitHub
- Lavarel
- PHP 7.2

The goal is to restore functionality on front end website and restore data on system admin site.

Max hours allowed would be 15 at $15/hr.
