Full stack developer to create AI-powered web-app

Hello,
We are looking for a full-stack developer with experience in AI (use of open source models, training, fine-tuning for specific use cases) to develop a web-based tool whose main purpose will be generating redesigns of home interiors based on user-uploaded photos. This is a generic description that should make you understand the technical implications of this tool. However, the app will serve a more specific purpose (while still within the interior design field), which we will discuss privately.
The tool will need to give users the possibility to choose between certain options such as style of the redesign, quality, and privacy. Regarding the latter, that is because the app will also include a public wall displaying the last generated images, and a premium membership to keep your own images private (plus other benefits).
The tool can and should be built mainly on open-source AI models.
An existing, similar tool is interiorai.com, but again, the tool you will be working on has a more specific use case and this is just an example that should give you a general idea of what we are looking for.
The UI/UX design for this project will be provided by us.
This job can also be extended as a contract for maintenance of the website and future improvements/features.
