Full-stack developer based in Cyprus 10-20h/week

We’re developing a custom internal software suite for our Cyprus-based company to support internal analytics, reporting, and workflow tools. This is a long-term internal-use system, and we’re looking for a full-stack developer who is a Cyprus tax resident — this is a mandatory requirement.

Project Overview
The first modules will include:
- CSV upload & visualization dashboard
- Keyword tracker and reporting tool
- Later: reporting exports, workflow alerts, logs, and more

Preferred tech stack:
- Backend: Python (Django) or Node.js (Express)
- Frontend: React with Tailwind
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Code must be hosted in a private GitHub repo with clean commit history and comments

Workload & Expectations:
- Long-term project (12+ months)
- 10–20 hours per week
- High autonomy: you manage your own timeline and workflow
- We won’t be checking in daily, but we expect consistency and quality

Documentation Requirements
To ensure clean development and internal project tracking, we ask that you maintain:
- Daily changelog entries (brief notes of work done and pending)
- Clean, well-labeled Git commits
- Brief technical documentation per module (explaining functionality)
- A shared task tracker or project board (Google Sheets)
- All documentation will be stored in a shared Google Drive.
