All in one Frontend & Backend Developer Needed to Upgrade Job Portal (UI/UX + PayPal Testing) and experience in hosting on Aliyun platform is a must . ( Clean job must be done and documentation about every page must be provided )

We have a job portal developed by a previous team, and we now need a Full-Stack (Frontend & Backend) Developer to upgrade the platform’s design, functionality, performance, and PayPal payment flow review .

We want the system to be more professional, faster, flexible, and error-free for candidates, employers, and admin users.

Scope of Work

1. Frontend Upgrade
Redesign UI to a modern, professional, responsive layout
Improve navigation, speed, and user experience
Optimize page loading and fix layout issues

2. Job Search Improvements
Upgrade job search plugin
Improve filtering, sorting, and search accuracy
Ensure job search loads quickly and smoothly

3. Messaging System (Frontend + Backend)
Test and fix the messaging system between candidates and employers
Improve message delivery speed and reliability
Solve any backend issues affecting message threads

4. Admin Dashboard Updates
Enforce passport-size candidate photos
Reduce employer logo size
Improve admin dashboard loading speed and backend performance

5. Employer Dashboard Enhancements
Redesign employer profile page
Enforce max 1-minute video upload limit
Add character/word limits for company fields
Improve dashboard backend validations

6. PayPal Payment Gateway Testing (Backend + Frontend)
PayPal is already integrated
Developer must retest and fix:
Candidate payment flow
Employer payment flow
Success/failure handling
Backend webhook response
Frontend confirmation messages
Ensure full stability and error-free checkout

7. Bug Fixes & Final Testing
Fix all functional and UI bugs
Ensure smooth navigation and fast plugin switching
Deliver a fully tested and user-friendly job portal.
