Full-Stack Website Development

I need a complete website built from the ground up, covering everything from the first wireframe to live deployment. The front-end should be modern, fast, and fully responsive, while the back-end must be secure, scalable, and connected to a MySQL database.

Core scope
• Frontend design that works smoothly on mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Backend architecture with clean, well-documented code
• MySQL schema design and integration
• Email-and-password user authentication
• Lightweight admin dashboard focused on user management (no heavy CMS features beyond this for now)
• SEO-friendly structure and meta implementation
• Optional API hooks so we can add external integrations later
• Deployment to a reliable cloud host plus a brief hand-over period for post-launch tweaks
