Full-Stack Website Code Refactor

My current site has grown messy over several incremental updates, so I want the codebase completely re-engineered. The work covers full-stack needs—both the front-end interface and the back-end logic/database. I will give you the existing repository, a staging server, and a short list of pain points; from there I expect you to streamline the architecture, modernise the tech where sensible, and leave me with a cleaner, faster, well-documented product that deploys smoothly.

Key deliverables
• Refactored, well-commented source code pushed to Git
• Any new build or deployment scripts required for the updated stack
• A concise hand-off document summarising changes, dependencies, and rollout steps
