Project Title: Build a Full‑Service Website for Language Translation Services

Project Description:

I’m looking for an experienced full‑stack web developer (or team) to create a professional, user‑friendly website for an online language translation service.

The website should allow customers to upload documents (Word, Excel, PDF, etc.), select target languages for translation, and receive real‑time cost estimates. Once the user approves the quote and makes payment, the request will be routed to an admin portal, where assigned translators can manage, process, and return completed files.

Here’s the detailed workflow and requirements:

User Workflow
• Users can upload multiple file types (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF).
• The system should analyze the file (preferably count words automatically) and display:
• Total word count
• Supported target languages (user selects one or many)
• Cost estimation (based on number of words × number of languages × pricing rate).
• Once the user approves, they:
• Make payment through the integrated payment gateway (Stripe/PayPal preferred).
• Receive an email confirmation and tracking ID.

Admin Portal
• Admin receives request with:
• User details, file(s), selected languages, and cost.
• Ability to assign jobs to translators manually.
• Translators upload the translated file back into the system.
• User gets a notification when translation is complete and can download the final file securely.

Billing & Payment
• Full invoicing system (generate and send invoices).
• Integrated payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or both).
• Option for discount codes or bulk pricing in the future.

Features Needed
• Secure user login and dashboard (track orders, download files).
• Admin dashboard for order management and translator assignments.
• File upload and download (secure storage – AWS S3 or similar).
• Pricing calculator (based on word count × language).
• Notifications (email alerts for users and admin).
• Mobile-friendly, modern UI/UX.
• Scalable backend (preferably Node.js, Django, or Laravel).

Optional but Nice-to-Have
• Multi-language site interface (English plus other languages).
• Future AI/ML integration for automatic pre‑translation suggestions.
• Translator login with job boards (optional phase 2).

Deliverables
• Fully functional website with front-end, back-end, and admin portal.
• Source code, documentation, and deployment instructions.
• Setup on hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.) and domain integration.
