About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across both application and infrastructure layers
• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis, technical assessments, and performance audits
• Recommend and help implement best practices for architecture, scalability, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external stakeholders on high-impact projects
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across platforms Analyse and troubleshoot issues across applications and infrastructure
• Lead root-cause analysis and technical audits
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in software development, infrastructure, and technical consulting
• Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and system design
• Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• A degree from IIT or another top-tier engineering institution is only preferred
