Full-Stack Travel Booking Platform

I need an end-to-end travel-booking solution that mirrors the seamless experience of MakeMyTrip, EaseMyTrip or Ixigo, delivered as:

• A responsive website
• Native iOS and Android apps

Core features to build
— Flight and hotel search, real-time availability, and booking flows
— Dynamic price comparison for both flights and hotels, pulling live fares from multiple GDS/APIs
— Secure user accounts created and verified through phone-number OTP (no social or email sign-up at this stage)
— Modern, scalable backend in Node.js with well-documented REST/GraphQL APIs
— Clean, fast frontend (React, Next.js, or a comparable framework) with intuitive UX and optimized mobile performance
— Single admin console for inventory, bookings, prices, promotions, refunds, and basic analytics

High-level process
1. Architecture & tech-stack proposal
2. UI/UX mock-ups for web and apps
3. Modular development with weekly demonstrations (web first, then mobile)
4. End-to-end testing, including payment gateway simulation, OTP flow, and live fare sync
5. Deployment to App Store, Google Play, and a cloud host of my choice, followed by 30-day post-launch support
