Full-Stack React/Node Scalable Platform

I’m ready to move our growing B2B services company onto a single, scalable web platform and need a seasoned full-stack developer who is comfortable owning the project end-to-end. The stack is set—React on the front end, Node.js on the back end—so you should already have deep, production-level experience with both.

The platform breaks down into five parts:
• A marketing site that loads fast and converts visitors
• A client dashboard focused on clear, real-time service tracking
• An internal admin panel where system monitoring is the non-negotiable core feature
• An integrations hub that cleanly exposes and consumes REST/GraphQL APIs
• A reporting & analytics layer that turns raw data into actionable insight

Beyond writing clean, tested code, I’ll look to you for the overall architecture, cloud deployment pipeline, performance tuning, and ongoing optimization. If you have a track record of shipping high-traffic React/Node applications, setting up CI/CD, and instrumenting robust monitoring, that’s exactly the background I need.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Technical architecture diagram and tech stack rationale
2. Fully functional React/Node codebase pushed to a private repo
3. Automated testing suite and CI/CD workflow scripts
4. Containerized deployment (Docker or similar) to the cloud provider we agree on
5. Documentation covering setup, environment variables, and monitoring dashboards

When the first milestone is complete I should be able to spin up the entire system with a single command, see the marketing pages live, create a test client, and watch their service status update in real time.
