-You do not have a proven track record (with actual verifiable evidence) of working on and completing highly complex projects.
-You are known to scam people on Freelancer (and outside Freelancer) and hide behind the dispute process to take their money.
-You do not have a team of full-stack development professionals that have actual experience of working on and completing highly complex projects.
-You have no respect for the terms of a milestone or contract.
-You are known to deliver low quality work and have a high sense of entitlement for payments that you clearly don’t deserve.
-You have a poor command and vocabulary of English language.
-You try to manipulate clients to send you money outside Freelancer.
-You demand for money when a milestone is clearly not complete and delivered.
-You tell lies and make promises such as timely delivery or possession of a large project team and you end up not delivering because the lies are not realities.
-You do not test systems and features repeatedly to eliminate bugs and expect the client to pay you and still do all the work for you.
-You are not willing to sign an NDA, confidentiality agreement, non-compete clause, intellectual property ownership agreement and more legal documents.
-You are not willing to do a lot of research, watch lengthy videos, read documents and ensure that all aspects of the system are captured in the project.
-You have no experience of developing AI projects.



ONLY APPLY for this job if you are genuine and have all the evidence to support it, then know that we require a full-stack planning, designing, development, documenting and deploying of an all-in-one online market research platform. The brief project details are as follows:
-The project budget is not negotiable. Do not even try to talk to us about extending it as you will be excluded for attempting.
-You must have a detailed full-stack web app (not website) design and development experience. All experiences must be evidenced and not by words and self-acclaimed statements.
-The project timeline is between 5 to 6 months. Again, it is not negotiable and if it is not for you then just move on.
-The project milestones, deliverables and amounts are not negotiable as well. If this is not for you then move on.
-We have purposefully left the tech-stack vague. We want you to suggest a complete end-to-end tech stack from development to deployment. This helps us understand if you really know your stuff or know our project.
-Sample competitor products to study are: Indeemo, liveminds, Recollective, Discuss.io, and many more. We have used a lot of these products for many years and know it in our sleep. Please don't go read their web page and come try to lie to us.
