Full-Stack Engineers for SaaS Platform

I’m building a green-field, multi-tenant SaaS platform and need senior engineers who can take a feature from idea all the way to a securely deployed, tested release. The stack is React / Next.js with TypeScript on the front end, FastAPI with Python on the back end, and PostgreSQL underneath, so you’ll need to be comfortable moving across all three layers as well as CI/CD, security hardening and automated testing.

Because this is a brand-new startup, nothing exists yet—every architectural decision, migration strategy and coding standard we put in place now will shape the product for years. Your experience designing enterprise-grade B2B software such as ERP, CRM, MDM, workflow, supply-chain or compliance tools will be invaluable, especially if you have handled strict data-segregation and tenant-governance requirements before.

Initial focus
The first milestone centres on Configurable Forms & Workflows. Within that scope, these elements are non-negotiable:

• Custom form fields and validation
• Automated workflow rules and triggers
• User roles and approvals

You’ll design the domain model, API endpoints, React components, background workers and permission logic that make those capabilities feel seamless to end users and easily extendable for future modules like dashboards, governed AI and third-party integrations.

What I’d like to see from you
• A brief rundown of enterprise products you personally built, the exact pieces you owned and the tech you used
• Specifics on any multi-tenant or role-based access control work
• Typical availability (hours per week) and preferred monthly rate
• Links to repos, screenshots or docs that validate your contributions (NDA-safe, of course)
