Full Stack Engineer for Multijob Framework

Role Overview
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll perform standard software engineering duties while working under one of our proxy profiles based in Latin America or the United States. You'll represent these profiles during client interviews and engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Perform full stack development tasks (frontend and backend)

Participate in client interviews using provided LinkedIn profiles

Deliver software development work on assigned projects

Manage time effectively across potentially multiple simultaneous contracts

Requirements

English proficiency: B2/C1/C2 level (essential for interviews and communication)

Experience: 5+ years in full stack development

Availability: Fully available in US or LATAM time zone, OR able to delegate development work naturally through effective time management

Confidence: Must be comfortable interviewing in English using another person's profile

Profile Options

U.S. Profile: Interview using our U.S.-based partner's LinkedIn profile

Brazil Profile: Interview using our Brazil-based profile (we provide all necessary background information)

Compensation

Brazil job: $1,500 USD/month

US job: $3,000 USD/month

Payment starts from the first month after securing the job

Multiple jobs allowed: Many professionals successfully manage 4-5 concurrent jobs with proper organization

Interview Process
No additional technical assessments or extra interview rounds. Your competence is evaluated through real interviews with HR teams at client companies.
