Full-Stack Engineer for Guardkit MVP (Stripe + Shopify)

ChargeKit helps ecommerce brands and agencies win more chargebacks by creating strong evidence packs quickly. We already have a clickable prototype and a clear PRD. You’ll turn this into a secure, production-ready MVP.

What you’ll build (high level)
- Read-only connections to Stripe (disputes, charge metadata) and Shopify (orders, fulfillments, tracking).
- Dashboard & dispute list with filters, due-date countdown, and status.
- Dispute workflow with a simple checklist, file uploads, notes, and a one-click evidence PDF export.
- Policy snapshot tool (capture and reuse timestamped screenshots of policy pages).
- Email alerts (new dispute + due soon) and a weekly agency digest.
- Basic reports (opened vs won, $ disputed vs recovered).
- Multi-store/Agency mode (manage multiple stores under one account).

Deliverables & timeline
- Week 1: Read-only connects, first sync (last 90 days), dashboard & dispute flow skeleton, basic PDF export, CSV fallback.
- Week 2: Policy snapshots, two additional dispute templates, alerts, agency mode v1.
- Week 3: Reports, hardening (retries, basic logging/metrics), beta build & deploy.

- First data visible within minutes after connect.
- A dispute can be prepped and exported to PDF in less than 10 minutes.
- Clean, stable build with clear README, environment config, and basic tests.
- Respect for privacy & security (read-only, no sensitive card data stored).

Preferred stack (flexible)
- Frontend: React + a utility CSS framework.
- Backend: Node (TypeScript preferred) + a relational DB.
- Jobs/queues for sync and export.
- Headless browser service for snapshots/PDFs.
- Email provider for alerts.
If you have a different stack that meets the goals, propose it.

Nice to have
- Experience with Stripe disputes and Shopify Admin APIs.
- Generating PDFs from HTML templates.
- Multi-tenant apps and role-based access.
- Basic charts/reporting.
