Full Stack Engineer + Project Leader (Ideally Full Time not Freelancing - Read Description)
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 USD

WellVantage is building an AI-powered wellness platform combining gym management and personalised nutrition tracking through two connected apps — one for gyms, one for their members.
What you’ll do:
As the Tech Lead, you will be responsible for delivering the application end-to-end. This includes hands-on backend development, while you may choose to outsource the frontend and DevOps tasks to an external agency under your supervision. The initial development phase is expected to take approximately 2–3 months. During this period, compensation—whether in the form of salary or equity—will be milestone-based. Upon successful delivery, the role may transition to a full-time fixed salary arrangement.
Build and maintain scalable backend APIs (Python/Node.js)
Develop intuitive frontends (React/React Native)
Integrate APIs (OpenAI, Firebase, Google Cloud, payment gateways)
Ensure secure data handling (GDPR-compliant) and app performance
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of full-stack experience
Proven experience leading a development team through the full lifecycle of a mobile application, from concept to launch.
2+ applications live on app store (Please include the links of these apps on your resume)
Strong in JavaScript, React, Node.js or Python
Experience with Firebase, REST APIs, and MySQL
Bonus: Familiarity with AI/ML APIs and mobile optimisation.
