Full-Stack Educational Site Build

I am building an educational website from the ground up and need a developer who can own both the visual front end and the server-side logic. The core goals are clear: students must be able to register, maintain personalised profiles, and enrol in structured courses that I can create, edit, and track through an intuitive course-management dashboard.

Right now the must-have features are
• Course management: create modules, upload resources, set access rules, track progress
• Student registration & profiles: secure sign-up / login, profile pages, enrolment history, password reset

I am flexible on the underlying CMS or framework—WordPress, Moodle, or a custom stack are all on the table as long as the final build is responsive, scalable, and easy for non-technical staff to maintain. If you can future-proof the site so that quizzes or exams can be added later, even better.

Please outline the stack you recommend, a rough timeline, and any similar educational platforms you have delivered. Clean, well-documented code and a smooth hand-over are essential.
