Full-Stack Ecommerce Platform Build -- 2

The task is to create a complete ecommerce solution that runs smoothly on both web browsers and mobile devices. The store will carry a mixed catalogue—physical goods that require shipping alongside instant-delivery digital products—so the back-end must handle inventory, file fulfilment, and automated licence or download distribution in a single workflow.

Razorpay will serve as the primary payment gateway. The checkout flow should cover one-time purchases, coupon codes, refunds, and webhooks that sync payment status with order records. While Razorpay is the mandatory processor, the codebase should stay modular enough to let me plug in PayPal or Stripe later without major refactoring.

Key deliverables:
• Responsive web storefront plus a mobile-optimised experience (PWA or native wrapper—open to the most efficient route).
• Admin dashboard for product, order, and customer management.
• Dual fulfilment logic: shipping label generation for physical items and secure file delivery/expiry control for digital items.
• End-to-end Razorpay integration, sandbox-to-production, with webhook logging and basic fraud checks.
• Clean, well-documented code (front-end, back-end, and database) ready for handover and future scaling.

Laravel, Node.js, Django, or a comparably robust stack is acceptable as long as the final build is stable, secure, and easy to maintain.
