Overview:
We’re developing a company, an innovative platform to streamline the divorce process for attorneys and clients by offering end-to-end solutions for client onboarding, document management, and workflow automation. We are seeking experienced full-stack developers (or a development team) to build both the web and mobile app versions, ensuring a cohesive experience across platforms.
Project Scope:
The project involves developing core functionalities for both the web platform and mobile app, focusing on secure and user-friendly experiences:
• Client Onboarding System: Build a guided onboarding system that simplifies document collection and management for attorneys and clients, enhancing the intake process.
• Centralized Document & Case Management: Implement secure, centralized storage for case files and documents, accessible via web and mobile, providing seamless data synchronization.
• Responsive UI/UX Design: Design an intuitive, cross-platform interface that caters to attorneys’ workflow needs while ensuring ease of use for clients on mobile and desktop.
• Workflow Automation: Develop automated tools to track case progress and send reminders, helping users stay aligned with the case timeline.
• Role-Based Access Control: Create secure access levels for attorneys, clients, and team members, ensuring data privacy across platforms.
Technical Requirements:
• Full-Stack Development expertise for both web and mobile apps (React, React Native, Node.js, or similar)
• Database Management experience, with a focus on secure document handling and synchronization across devices
• Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control and secure user management systems
• Proficiency in UI/UX design for a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms
• Experience with workflow automation to support real-time updates and notifications
Project Deliverables:
1. Complete full-stack development of the platform for web and mobile (frontend and backend).
2. Client onboarding, document management, and workflow automation systems across web and mobile.
3. Secure, role-based access controls for all users, with synchronized data across devices.
4. Comprehensive testing, documentation, and post-launch support to ensure seamless functionality.
Timeline:
We aim for project completion in 3-4 weeks. The selected candidate(s) will work closely with our team for ongoing feedback and iteration, ensuring both web and mobile versions meet our quality standards.
