Full-Stack Development for Affiliate iGaming Site

Summary
We are looking for a senior full-stack developer or a small, experienced dev studio to implement a custom-built affiliate website based on our existing UI design.
This is an MVP project, but it must be built with scalability, performance, and SEO in mind from day one.
Project overview:
- Affiliate website (iGaming niche)
- UI design ready (Figma)
- Clear site structure and page types defined
- Custom CMS required (content-heavy, ranking-driven). Custom WordPress-based CMS also possible, as long as WordPress is used purely as a headless or structured content management system.
- SEO-first, performance-focused implementation
Scope of work:
- Implement frontend based on provided Figma design
- Build and connect a custom CMS (headless or traditional – open to recommendation)
Support multiple page types:
- Money / ranking pages (shared template, different datasets)
- Casino review pages
- Blog posts and long-form guides
- Editorial, legal, and compliance pages
- Ranking logic (manual ordering via CMS)
- Editable SEO fields per page
- Clean, semantic HTML (no JS-only rendering)
What we are NOT looking for:
- Page builders (Elementor, Wix, etc.)
- Generic WordPress setups with heavy plugins
- Agencies focused mainly on design or branding
- Junior or mid-level developers
Required experience:
- Senior-level full-stack development
- Experience with content-heavy or SEO-driven websites
- Custom CMS or headless CMS experience
- Strong understanding of performance and technical SEO
- Ability to work independently with clear specifications
Nice to have:
- Experience with affiliate or comparison websites
- Experience in regulated industries (iGaming, finance, etc.)
Deliverables:
- Fully functional frontend (responsive)
- CMS with defined content types and roles
- Staging + production-ready build
- Basic documentation for CMS usage
